Professional coated DL-Malic Acid producer

At the requests of customers, we use malic acid and edible hydrogenated oil as raw material under our factory’s patented technology process, produce out the coated DL-Malic Acid. 

The product can be widely used in food and medicine production as acid taste regulator, antiseptic and fresh-keeping agent, anti-caking and anti-sticking agent.  At the same time, it can also play a slow-release, long-lasting, soft and anti-sticking effect in the final product.

Meantime, we have the ability to process with Coated-Citric Acid. Now we are doing trials production for other coated acid powder.
