Product description:
Buffered lactic acid is a mixture of lactic acid and sodium lactate. The buffered lactic acids with different ratios of lactic acid to sodium lactate have different forms (liquid or solid), and apply to pH adjustment and use in different fields.
Package:
Liquid product: plastic container, net weight: 25 kg, 250 kg, and 1000 kg/container.
Solid product: Paper-plastic composite bag or Kraft paper bag, net weight: 25 kg/bag; PP FIBC (flexible intermediate bulk containers), net weight: 600 kg/FIBC or 1000 kg/FIBC.
Storage: Stored in a cool, dry and well ventilated place against sunlight, and isolated from toxic odor items.
Use:
1.Buffered lactic acid is a pH adjuster with buffering effect.
2. It restrains bacteria, provides better pH adjustment effects than organicacid, effectively prevents oxidation, and prolongs the shelf life.
3. It also can be used as sour material, and has the peculiar mild acid taste of lactic acid.
4. It is used in cooked wheaten foods to have an effect on proteins in the flour, make glutenform a lot of meshes, enhance the product elasticity, viscosity, and surface smoothness, provide better color and taste, increase the flour viscosity and softness, expand the volume, make texture uniform, show more handsome color, especially better taste, elevate the gel strength of starch in flour, and uniformly boil the noodles in good form without spread.
5. It is used in candies to reduce the adverse effect of acidulants, convert sugar and reducegelatin decomposition.
